Whats a good 3 month Weight Loss plan for a 14 year old?
I want to lose weight over the summer. I have been eating healthy lately so thats not an issue. I need to have an exercising plan or something. I cant run or do certain things because i have ashma( I was planning on working my way up to running eventually because i know its a really good exercise). My neighbor has a trampoline that he invites me to all the time so i can use that too. Any help?
It kind of depends on how much weight You Want to lose. You should decide on how many pounds you want to lose and then calculate how many calories a day you should try to burn and then find a routine from there.
Although you have asthma you should still try some simple aerobic exercises. Like go on a short walk everyday and then go on longer ones each day. And then move up to jogging etc.
